This is an insanely easy way to install a new WordPress blog and a database.
Simply log into your web hosting control panel and look for Fantastico.
Click on this icon and look for WordPress in the left column of applications that are available to install.
So follow the simple instructions to install to either the root of your site or a sub-directory and within seconds you will have a blog and database set up.
At the final stage, there is an option to email the details to your inbox, so you may want to do that for later reference.
When you login to the blog admin, you will likely see a message that your version is not the latest, so click on the upgrade link and very soon you will be running the latest version downloaded from Wordpress.org
Then you just need to customize your blog settings and set up a nice theme.
